Moving Services
- Moving rates: $175/hr • Commercial or Heavy Duty rates: $200/hr
- Movers will load and unload at designated pick up and drop off locations.
- Oversized items such as treadmill, elliptical, pool table etc. additional surcharge
- Additional cost for assembly: Bedroom set (bed, dresser, mirror, nightstands), Bunk beds, Couch and tables, Washer and dryer hook up. *Cost varies depending on items*
- Subject to additional cost for 2nd ($25), 3rd ($50), and 4th ($75) floor moves etc. *Service elevator cancels surcharge
- All trips will include a trip and fuel charge. Charge is based upon overall mileage.
- All customers will be subject to $150 deposit to finalize appointment booking for selected date and time. This amount will be deducted from overall total for services rendered.
*Same day appointments available but limited
*Additional rates may apply for same day service and unscheduled weekend appointments for all request
*Haul Masters reserves the right to terminate a job for any reason deemed necessary. Customer will be responsible for payment up to departure.
* Please Note: We will transport TVs and other electronics if they are inside original or aftermarket box for protection. We are only be responsible for physical damage caused during transporting. We will compensate for any damaged items caused by us, replacing with an item of equivalent or equal value within 14 days. If the item is not in stock or is no longer available, a company check will be issued via US mail within 14 days.
